  2. Day2 Tashkent – Samarkand

    Beginning the Tour Program over Tashkent city:
    Welcome to the heart of Uzbekistan and Central Asia – Tashkent! Tashkent is not only one of the ancient cities of Uzbekistan, which has more than 2000 years of history, but also a modern city, the pearl of Central Asia. All day we will visit several historical monuments and museums of the city of Tashkent:
    Khazrat-Imam Complex including Madrasseh Barak-Khan (XVI c.), The Independence square, Amir Temur Square and Museum, Museum of Applied Arts
    Lunch at restaurant KOINOT, which is situated on the 110-th meter altitude of the Tashkent TV Tower
    Drive to Samarkand by our coach (350 km)
    Arrival to Samarkand, accommodation at hotel
    Dinner at local restaurant

  3. Day3 Samarkand

    Full day city-tour over Samarkand:
    ”The town of Blue domes”: The history of Samarkand dates back to 2500 years and more from now landmarks dated back to the times of the Timur Dynasty and is of the same importance as architectural masterpieces of ancient Egypt, China, India, Greece and Rome. We will visit:
    Registan Square including: medresse Sherdor, medresse Tilla-Kori, medresse Ulugbek,
    Bibi-Khanum Mosque (14-15 cc.),
    Gur-Emir Mausoleum (Amir Timur’s Tomb) (14-15 cc.)
    Lunch at restaurant
    Continuation of excursion program:
    We will visit Shakhi-Zinda Architectural Ensemble (The Tombs of Timurids’ Prince and Princess) (14-15 cc.), Observatory of Ulugbek (Amir Timur’s grandson), Oriental bazaar – Siyab for shopping souvenirs and gifts
    Visit the theater ”El-Merosi”. Colorful musical theatrical show about the evolution of the Uzbek national dress.

  4. Day4 Samarkand – Shakhrisabz – Samarkand

    Breakfast at hotel
    Drive to Shakhrisabz (180 km)
    Arrival to Shakhrisabz – hometown of the Great Amir Timur
    Shakhrisabz city-tour:
    Aksaray Palace (14-15 cc.) Remains of the Grand residence of Timur in his hometown Shakhrisabz.
    The complex Dorus Siadat (residues Timurid dynastic tombs Dorus Siadat, including the crypt of Tamerlane);
    Dorut Tilavat complex (14-16 cc.),
    Gumbazi – Saiydon makbarat Ulugbek; Mosque Kuk-Gumbaz (15th c.).
    Lunch at local restaurant
    Drive back to Samarkand (180 km)
    Arrival to Samarkand, Drive to the national house of Muborakopa. Here she will show master class in cooking Uzbek national dishes, such as manty, varaqi, bogirsok.
    Dinner at Muborakopa’s house.

  5. Day5 Samarkand – Aydarkul

    Breakfast at hotel, check-out of hotel
    Drive to Aydarkul (270 km)
    Arrival to Aydarkul yurt camp, accommodation
    Lunch at yurt camp
    Walk through the territory of the yurt camp, acquaintance with the fauna and flora Aydarkul, camel and horse riding.
    Dinner at yurt camp
    Overnight in yurts.

  6. Day6 Aydarkul – Nurata – Gijduvan – Bukhara

    Breakfast at yurt camp
    Drive to Nurata (100 km).
    Excursion program over Nurata: The ruins of the old fortress of Alexander the Great, rock paintings.
    Drive to Gijduvan (52 km).
    Arrive to the ceramic studio of Master Abdullo Nurulloev. Lunch at house of Abdullo Nurulloev. After, study process of producing ceramics and shopping ceramic gifts, potteries.
    Drive to Bukhara (52 km).
    Arrival to Bukhara, Accommodation at hotel.
    Dinner at national house.
    Overnight at hotel.

  7. Day7 Bukhara

    Continue of city-tour over Bukhara:
    As mentioned in the holy Avesta book Bukhara is one of the most ancient Uzbek towns built on the sacred hill of spring time offerings put by Zoroastrians. The name ”Bukhara” is derived from Sanskrit denoting ”temple, cloister”. This city was once a big commercial center on the Great Silk Road, including:
    Mausoleum of Samanids (9-10 cc.)
    Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum (12-14 cc.)
    Bolo Khouz ensemble
    Ark Ancient Fortress (11 cc. BC)
    Lunch at national house of Bukhara, which was built at 18-century.
    After lunch we will visit to Kalyan Complex, which is include of Kalyan Minaret (12 cc.), Mir Arab Madrassah (15 cc.), Ulugbek Madrassah (15 cc.)
    Taki-Zargaron Dome Bazar (XVI), Lyabi-Khauz Mosque (XVI-XVII)
    Dinner at Nadir Divan Begi Medresseh with folklore show
    Overnight at hotel

  8. Day8 Bukhara – Khiva

    Breakfast at hotel and check-out
    Before driving to Khiva We will visit Summer residence of the Last Emir of Bukhara Emir Said Alim Khan “Sitorai Mokhi Hossa” (18 cc.) and Chor-Minor Medrese (1807).

    Drive to Khiva (450 km) by coach through Kizil Kum desert.
    Lunch on the open air on desert (picnic)
    Arrival to Bukhara. Accommodation at hotel. Time to rest.

  9. Day9 Khiva – Urgench – Tashkent

    City-tour over Khiva:
    ”Museum under the open sky”. Architectural complex of Ichan-Kala is a mini town and excursion is held inside of Ichan-Kala by walk. History of Khorezm dates so long back to ancient times that only few civilizations can equal its age. You will see palaces with the rich mosaic, unique beautiful minarets, madrasahs and mosques such as:
    Mausoleum of Pahlavan Makhmud (XVII-XIX), Tosh-Khowli Palace (Harem of the Khan) (1830-1836), Kunya-Ark Fortress (1868-1888), Kalta-Minor Tower (1855), Medrese of Shergazi-Khan (1718-1720), Complex of Alla-Kuli Khan (XIII-XVIII), Juma Mosque and Minaret (XII-XX), Karavan-Saray (XVIII), Minaret and Mosque of Khodja-Islam (1908-1910), Tim of Ala-Kulikhan (XIX).
    Lunch at local restaurant.
    Continue city-tour over Khiva:
    Medrese of Abdulla-Khan (1865), Mausoleum of Said Alautdin (XIV), Medrese of Mukhamad Amin-Khan (XIX), Walls of Ichan-Kala (XVIII-XIX), Palvan-Darvaza Gate (XIX)
